These Terms govern your access to and use of aiCarousels.com and any related products, features, content, software, templates, exports, AI tools, and paid subscriptions we provide.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you benefit from any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

aiCarousels is a digital online platform that helps users create, edit, generate, customize, and export social media carousel content and related visual materials.
Some features are free. Other features require a paid subscription.
We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, template, integration, or functionality at any time.
We do not guarantee that any specific feature, export format, template, design style, integration, or AI capability will remain available forever.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete registration and billing information and keep it updated.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, create risk for us or third parties, or are used in a fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized way.
Accounts and subscription management are provided through Outseta.
Payments are processed through Stripe or other payment processors used by Outseta.
Affiliate tracking may be provided through Rewardful.
Certain AI-powered features may rely on third-party providers such as OpenAI and other model providers we may use from time to time.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to those providers’ separate terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the products, services, uptime, or policies of third-party providers.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis, monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you select at checkout.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method on file for recurring subscription fees, taxes, and any other applicable charges related to your plan.
You can cancel at any time through your account billing settings.
If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, and then it will not renew.
Cancellation stops future renewals only. It does not retroactively cancel or refund the current billing period.
We may change pricing, packaging, features, limits, or subscription structure at any time. If required by law, we will provide advance notice before material pricing changes take effect for your next renewal.
Because aiCarousels is a digital subscription service with immediate access to paid digital features, refunds are limited.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, by purchasing a paid subscription and requesting immediate access to paid digital features, you expressly consent to the Service beginning immediately and acknowledge that, where permitted by applicable law, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support to attempt resolution, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service.
Where permitted by law, we may contest chargebacks that we reasonably believe are invalid and may submit relevant account, billing, login, usage, and cancellation records to the payment processor or financial institution handling the dispute.

The Service may include AI-powered features that generate text, layouts, visuals, suggestions, or other outputs.
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive, unavailable, or unsuitable for your intended purpose.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and approving any output before using, publishing, distributing, or relying on it.
We do not guarantee originality, non-infringement, legal compliance, commercial suitability, design suitability, platform acceptance, performance, or business results from AI-generated output.
The Service, including its software, branding, design system, templates, exports, interface, documentation, text, graphics, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to aiCarousels AB and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Except where expressly permitted by the Service, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, republish, sell, lease, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Service.
The Service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, outages, third-party failures, internet issues, or other causes beyond our control.
We may release updates, patches, new versions, feature limits, plan restrictions, or technical changes at any time, with or without notice.
